** What I've learnt recently is that this crummy synth sound is the best thing we've gotten rid of in the last few days. There are some corny lyrics here and then you get to that hook. It's just cringeworthy to listen to and doesn't flow well. It's funny though how shameless Flo Rida is both with incorporating that into his rap (though to his credit, at least he fits it into words), and with the massive "NEW SINGLE CLUB CAN'T HANDLE ME" that appears on screen on the video during his rap. The second half of his rap, while unmemorable, is at least not embarrassing which is good enough for Flo Rida standards. Last edited: 13.01.2014 06:39
** I hate to say it but I have started to like the song... 'damn loser', but i dont really like him.. to bieberish try hardish and his behind the secenes video clip is sooo much like biebers.. especially when he dances, which is similar to 'one time'. 2 stars for trying.
*** Mindless innocent fun. There have been plenty of worse songs released and charted than this. At least the film clip is age appropriate and the song is age appropriate at well. I say kudos to the company that signed him to ride the Bieber wave of spending.
Gruselig!
* Absolutely disgusting piece of rubbish. Terrible vocals and a completely facepalm inducing and crappy rap from Flo Rida. A perfect example as to why children/pre-teens/teens whatever should not be allowed to be given record contracts. In fact here's a suggestion, maybe at least make them wait until they're older and their vocals have improved. And if you did that he probably wouldn't be hated so much, how hard is it to just do that instead of trying to cash in on teenage girls? Gosh people frustrate me sometimes.
This is a massive disgrace to the Australian music industry. I've decided that this is actually worse than "Baby" by Justin Bieber... I'm glad that he hasn't had any other top 50 hits since although he may score another one in the next few weeks :/
P.S. I completely forgot about the appearance of "NEW SINGLE CLUB CAN'T HANDLE ME" in the music video until jinx's review mentions it, it's actually amusing that Flo shamelessly decided to advertise it in the video :p Last edited: 19.03.2014 10:55
